A few brave souls trekked to Summerhaven high in the Catalinas for lunch at the Iron Door. Two Corvairs and a modern pickup truck made the journey. Among the travelers were Bill Maynard, Lynn Bloom, Ken and Heidi Farr, and Mike Lake and his friend Earline. Bill lead the unsuspecting group on a little side trip up into the mountains. The group even enjoyed a brief rain shower.
